Custom Electrical Panel Enclosure Manufacturer
Anstorm manufactures custom electrical panel enclosures for control, distribution, automation and equipment-integration projects. The enclosure is developed from the buyer’s component layout, installation conditions and approved fabrication drawings rather than from broad claims about one universal cabinet.
From Equipment Layout to Manufacturable Enclosure
Start with the overall dimensions, internal component positions, door arrangement and cable-entry plan. The design review should also account for mounting plates, rails, brackets, wiring clearance, service access and installation interfaces. Anstorm’s electrical enclosure 3D design service can support projects that need a model or drawing prepared for production.
Material and Fabrication Options
Steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum offer different combinations of strength, weight, corrosion behavior, appearance and cost. State the required grade, sheet thickness, finish and color in the RFQ. Fabrication may include laser cutting, bending, welding, grinding, coating and hardware installation when those operations are included in the agreed scope.
Environmental and Compliance Requirements
Indoor, sheltered and exposed installations require different door, gasket, joint, ventilation and cable-entry details. If an IP, NEMA or industry requirement applies, identify it before design approval. A material name or product photograph does not establish a rating for every configuration; testing and documentation must be explicitly agreed.

Quality and Packaging Review
Critical dimensions, door operation, hardware, finish and labeling can be checked against the approved drawing. Review the documented quality inspection process and packaging and shipping approach.
