Anstorm manufactures reinforced modular steel control cabinets for industrial electrical and control equipment projects. Each cabinet shell is configured from approved drawings and project requirements rather than sold with one universal load, protection or outdoor rating. The enclosure provides the structural platform for customer-specified mounting, access and cable-management features.

Reinforced Cabinet Structure

A reinforced cabinet may use formed frame members, folded panels, internal rails, mounting plates, stiffeners or base components to support the required assembly layout. The reinforcement arrangement should be selected around cabinet dimensions, equipment distribution, door openings, lifting or transport conditions and installation method. Exact load capacity cannot be inferred from appearance alone and must be evaluated for the finished configuration.

Modular Layout and Integration Features

Project drawings can define removable panels, front or rear access, door quantity, mounting-plate position, internal rail locations, gland-plate areas and cable-entry openings. Hole patterns, brackets and hardware interfaces should reference functional datums so that customer equipment can be installed consistently. Accessories and removable components are supplied only when they appear in the approved bill of materials.

Steel Material and Surface Finish

Carbon steel grade, sheet thickness and surface condition should be confirmed for each project. Finish requirements may include colour, texture, coating system, masking areas and treatment of cut edges or welded regions. Environmental and Rating Requirements

Indoor or outdoor use, temperature range, dust, water exposure, chemicals, impact risk and installation location must be stated before design review. This page does not claim a specific IP, NEMA, impact, load or third-party certification for every cabinet. Any required rating applies only to a defined complete configuration with the necessary doors, seals, hardware, cable entries and verification method.

Inspection and Supply Scope

Inspection follows the released drawings and agreed acceptance criteria. Relevant checks can include cabinet dimensions, squareness, door and panel alignment, mounting interfaces, hole locations, visible weld condition, coating appearance and included hardware.
