This free-standing stainless steel control cabinet series provides several cabinet sizes for industrial control, automation and distribution layouts. The product images show narrow and wider floor-standing cabinets with front access doors and raised bases. Final dimensions, door arrangement and internal features are configured for the selected equipment.

Choose the Cabinet Size from the Equipment Layout

Provide component dimensions, mounting positions, wiring zones and service clearances. Cabinet width, depth and height should account for the mounting plate, rails, wire ducts, terminal areas and future access. Door swing and aisle space must also be checked before the general arrangement is approved.

Stainless Grade and Surface Finish

Specify the stainless steel grade, sheet thickness and surface finish in the RFQ. Grade 304 or 316 may be considered when requested, but the choice depends on corrosion exposure, cleaning conditions and project documentation. Visible grain direction, weld treatment and protective film requirements should be stated where appearance matters.

Environmental and Thermal Design

Doors, gaskets, seams, cable entries and ventilation all affect environmental performance. If an IP or NEMA target applies, identify the exact rating and required validation. Provide heat-load and ambient data when fans, filters, heat exchangers or other cooling provisions are required.
