Custom Stainless Steel Sloped Control Console Enclosure
This custom stainless steel sloped control console enclosure is designed for operator-facing controls, displays, indicators or interface equipment. The product images show a low-profile stainless housing with an angled upper surface, front edge hardware and custom openings. This console-style format is distinct from wall-mounted distribution boxes and full-height control cabinets.
Plan the Operator Interface
Provide the model and cutout drawing for each display, button, switch, connector or indicator. Positions should be dimensioned from fixed datums and checked against component depth, wiring space and the operator viewing angle. The slope and overall height can be adjusted to the equipment or workstation layout.
Access, Mounting and Cable Entry
Define how the enclosure opens for assembly and maintenance, including hinge direction, lock location and removable panels. Internal brackets, mounting plates, standoffs and cable-entry points should be shown in the drawing. Allow clearance for connectors, cable bend radius and service tools.
Material and Protection Requirements
The previous listing referenced 304, 316/316L stainless steel and 1.5 mm sheet; these values should be treated as selectable specifications and confirmed for the ordered configuration. If IP66, NEMA or another target applies, the complete door, seam, gasket, lock, opening and cable-entry design must be reviewed and validated.
