1.Anstorm control cabinet design standards
(1)The appearance of the control cabinet should be stable, simple, solid, delicate, upright, bright, coordinated, and novel.
(2)Our engineers consider the human-machine relationship and engineering aesthetics principles when designing the cabinet. The design is beautiful, the color is coordinated, and the cabinet is safe and durable.
(3)All of our control cabinet designs comply with the national standard, “Guidelines for the Design of Electrical Control Equipment.” The appearance of the control equipment is novel and practical, meeting general aesthetic customer requirements.
(4) The surface of the Anstorm control cabinet and its assembled structural parts is smooth, flat, and precise without any obvious unevenness, mechanical scratches, cracks, burrs, destructive indentations, severe rust, or other defects.
(5) The connecting screws and plate ends between the sheet metal parts of the cabinet are hidden. Typically, the adjacent sheet metal parts are folded inward and wrapped around each other. This not only strengthens the sheet metal parts, but also provides a waterproof seal. In areas requiring a high IP protection level, such as control cabinet housings, the folding and sealing strip method is typically employed for waterproof and dustproof protection.
(6) The edges of the cabinet should be as smooth and consistent as possible, and the joints between parts should be uniform. Therefore, joints between adjacent sheet metal parts should not overlap edges or be on curved surfaces. When welding, joints are generally placed on the top, bottom, and back, which are not exposed or visible. Bevel joints are used to uniformly bend and form the three edges into smooth arcs.

2.Surface Coating of Control Cabinet
(1) To ensure corrosion protection, our control equipment uses anti-corrosion materials or applies an anti-corrosion layer to exposed surfaces. It also considers the conditions of use and maintenance. The cabinet’s protective and decorative surface coating complies with EU and UL standards.
(2) The outer shell of the control equipment cannot be red.
(3) The paint on the control cabinet has good adhesion. The paint film on the front and sides of the cabinet must be free of defects such as wrinkles, flow marks, pinholes, bubbles, and primer penetration. The paint film must be uniform, flat, and smooth with no visible brush marks, scars, trimming marks, or mechanical impurities. If the panel has more than two colors, the boundaries must be clear.
3.Special Requirements:
(1) If the customer intends to use the cabinet in an area conducive to mold growth, the cabinet must have anti-mold capabilities.
(2) If the cabinet is used in marine environments, on tidal flats, or for ship control equipment, it should be able to resist salt spray corrosion.
(3) For other special environments, we will design and manufacture the cabinet according to international or local standards.
